 Coverage Eligibility:

  • This limited lifetime warranty applies to single-family residential properties, covering the original purchaser. 

 

Warranty Protection: SoCalSunny Fence guarantees that its vinyl fencing products (“Product”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period. Coverage starts on the original date of purchase. 

The warranty protects against peeling, flaking, rotting, chipping, cracking, blistering, and abnormal discoloration or fading* under normal environmental and weather conditions.

*All outdoor products will gradually fade over time due to exposure. This is a normal process, with variations influenced by location, air pollution, and environmental exposure. The standard color shift should not exceed Delta 5, as measured by Delta E color assessment.

Exclusions from Coverage: This warranty does not cover color changes caused by accumulated stains, dirt, mold, mildew, or other maintenance neglect. Additional exclusions include damage resulting from: 

  • Improper use, handling, storage, or installation. 

  • Exposure to non-approved vinyl products or accessories. 

  • Events beyond human control, such as animal damage or natural disasters. 

  • Impact from foreign objects, fire, earthquakes, floods, lightning, hail, hurricanes, tornados, or other acts of nature. 

  • Structural shifts, ground movement, or foundation settling. 

  • Heat damage or warping from external heat sources. 

  • Any alteration, including painting, varnishing, or additional coatings applied to the manufacturer’s finish.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, removal or disposal fees, or expenses related to reinstallation. 

 

Resolution Process: If a SoCalSunny Fence product is found to be defective under warranty, contact our customer service team via the email provided below. You must submit a warranty claim within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect, including proof of purchase and visual documentation (photos and product samples). 

 

If SoCalSunny Fence determines, at its sole discretion, that the defect is due to material or workmanship issues, we will provide a replacement Product of the same or equivalent quality. If the exact Product is discontinued, a comparable alternative will be offered. Labor costs are not included.

SoCalSunny Fence reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, including color variations, without prior notice. Replacement products may not match original installations due to natural weathering differences. 

 

Warranty Registration: To activate warranty coverage, the Product must be registered within thirty (30) days of purchase. Complete the registration form with proof of purchase and installation as attachment.

Except as stated in this document, SoCalSunny Fence DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. STATE LAWS DETERMINE THE TIME LIMITS FOR SEEKING REMEDIES UNDER IMPLIED WARRANTIES. 

 

No dealer, distributor, or third party is authorized to modify this warranty or make additional assurances on behalf of SoCalSunny Fence. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state. 

 

Limitation of Liability: THE REMEDIES OUTLINED ABOVE REPRESENT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE SOLUTIONS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS. SOCALSUNNY FENCE’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NEVER EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOCALSUNNY FENCE BE HELD LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES MAY NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 

 

This warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States and Canada.
